Wow! I do like this one. It's almost like I'm down there with him.
Those little guys were so funny. They were all over the road and whenever I got within a foot of them, they'd jump out of the way but in sort of an uncontrolled, sporatic way. At one point I was in front of the guardrail and this little guy jumped up, smacking his head into the side of the metal. He fell back down and looked a little stunned that he didn't land where he had intended to. I'm not convinced that grasshoppers have any sense of direction. The other stupid ones jumped right into traffic. Darwin's theory is alive and well.
That's gorgeous. I love taking pictures myself. I love the coloring in the rocks. brillian picture!
